Frequently Asked Questions:

I have full glass insurance coverage on my vehicle and my windshield has the manufacturers name on the glass. Can I get the same one replaced in my car?
Answer: It depends on your insurance company and the age of the vehicle. In some cases, the dealer glass may be the only glass available for your vehicle. Call us with your information and we can tell you if your insurance company will pay for the dealer glass.

Can you repair my windshield without replacing?
Answer: We are able to repair most windshields if the break is around the size of a quarter. Also, because the impact point of the break doesn’t entirely vanish, we recommend a replacement if the break is in your line of vision as you look out from inside your vehicle.

Do you do other vehicle glass besides windshields?
Answer: Yes. We can replace all glass in your vehicle including side view mirrors and some headlights and sunroofs.

If I have glass coverage, can I use any glass shop of my choice?
Answer: Yes. You have the right to use whomever you please. Tell your insurance agent or glass administrator who you would like to use or call your proffered glass shop directly and they will handle the paperwork and phone calls.
