Auto Glass Warranty Information

American Glass Company warrants that the installation of new automotive glass will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. Any problems caused by installation errors—such as wind noise, water leaks, loose moldings, or certain types of stress cracks—will, at the option of American Glass Company will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Please provide your name and the date of service so we can locate your account in our system.

This limited warranty does not cover leakage or stress cracks caused by pre-existing rust, structural damage, or any damage resulting from vandalism or impact with foreign objects. The warranty will also be considered null and void if another glass company attempts to repair or replace the windshield before American Glass Company has had the opportunity to address the issue.

If American Glass Company has performed a chip repair on your automotive glass and you are not satisfied with the result, American Glass Company will credit the cost of the chip repair toward a full replacement performed by American Glass Company. You acknowledge that American Glass Company is not responsible for any breakage that may occur during the chip repair process.
